About The Position
The Staff Pad is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant passionate about developmental disorders, seizure management, and collaborative specialty care. This role involves joining a highly respected pediatric neurology team that provides compassionate, outpatient-focused care to children and families in Southern Arizona. You will collaborate with 4 experienced Pediatric Neurologists in a well-established outpatient practice, focusing on meaningful pediatric neurology care. The position offers an outpatient-only setting with a predictable weekday schedule, flexible scheduling with the option of a 4-day work week, strong clinical support, and a collegial, team-oriented culture. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on children and families in an underserved region, enjoying over 300 days of sunshine in Tucson, Arizona.
Requirements
- Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Eligible for Arizona Medical licensure
- Passion for collaborative, patient-centered pediatric specialty care
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric Neurology experience preferred
- Experience with developmental disorders is strongly valued
Responsibilities
- Focus on meaningful pediatric neurology care, including developmental disorders and seizure management.
- Build long-term patient relationships and provide continuity of care.
- Collaborate with 4 experienced Pediatric Neurologists in a well-established outpatient practice.
- Deliver compassionate, outpatient-focused care to children and families.

- Competitive base salary: $150,000 – $175,000 (BOE)
