About The Position
Join a collaborative team caring for children across central and northeastern Pennsylvania. Geisinger is seeking a board certified Pediatric Neurologist with expertise in neuromuscular medicine. Join a welcoming pediatric neurology team dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to children throughout the region. Our pediatric neurology services include advanced neuromuscular care, a comprehensive epilepsy program, specialized headache care, pediatric sleep medicine, and genetic testing and counseling. You will enjoy a balanced inpatient and outpatient practice, with opportunities to teach residents and medical students and participate in research.
Requirements
- Board certified Pediatric Neurologist.
- Expertise in neuromuscular medicine.
- Licensed Medical Doctor - State of Pennsylvania.
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.
- Patient Care And Procedural Skills.
- Professional Etiquette.
- Systems-Based Practice.
Nice To Haves
- Neurophysiology or epilepsy training.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, comprehensive care to children.
