About The Position

Chosen Pediatrics Care Par Excellence, PLLC is a fast-growing, newly established pediatric clinic serving the greater Magnolia/Conroe/Spring/The Woodlands/Tomball areas in Texas. We are currently seeking fresh, excited, qualified, talented professionals to join our team. Our company has plans to grow and staff promotion opportunities are possible. We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our office employees, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. This will include obtaining patient information and updating health records, scheduling follow-up appointments, procedures, and tests, recording patients' vitals and administering vaccines, and maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the facility.

Requirements

A minimum Associate’s degree.
3-5 years of experience with eClinical Works medical records software.
Familiarity with standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and credit card machines.
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects.

Nice To Haves

Experience and skill in maintaining records and recording test results.
Ability to interact pleasantly and professionally with various professional staff and patients.
Ability to maintain quality control standards
BILINGUAL IS A PLUS.
