About The Position

Affirmed Home Care, Connecticut's premier concierge home care agency, is seeking compassionate and experienced Per Diem Pediatric LPNs to provide dedicated one-on-one care for a sweet 2-year-old boy in Greenwich, CT. This child is recovering and thriving at home with the support of skilled nursing care and a loving family. Conveniently located near the New York–Connecticut border, this opportunity is ideal for nurses residing in Westchester County, NY, and nearby communities.

Requirements

• Active Connecticut LPN License
• New York applicants must maintain active LPN licenses in both New York and Connecticut
• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing pediatric trach and G-tube care
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Physical Exam completed within the past year
• PPD/QuantiFERON completed within the past year, or Chest X-Ray completed within the past five years

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated one-on-one care for a 2-year-old boy.
• Provide Tracheostomy care.
• Provide temporary G-tube care.
