About The Position

We’re looking for an LPN who is confident, attentive, and passionate about pediatric care to support a child in their home in Delaware, Ohio. This is a great opportunity for a nurse who enjoys building a trusting relationship with a pediatric patient while providing skilled, hands-on care in a familiar home environment.

Requirements

• Current, active Ohio LPN license
• Hands-on experience with tracheostomy and feeding tube care
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete required background and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care throughout the shift
• Safely manage tracheostomy and feeding tube care
• Administer medications and treatments according to the care plan
• Monitor the child’s condition and communicate changes to the clinical team
• Maintain accurate daily documentation
• Work closely with the family to support a safe and comfortable environment
