About The Position

Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support multiple pediatric clients in the Camden, NJ area — including a 3‑month‑old infant requiring attentive, developmentally appropriate 1:1 care. These roles offer meaningful private duty nursing, providing skilled support to children with varying medical needs. We are hiring for day, evening, and overnight shifts, with flexible scheduling across several cases.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey RN or LPN License
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical exam within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
• Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility)
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, developmentally appropriate 1:1 nursing
• Observe, record, and communicate changes in condition
• Partner with families to promote comfort and stability
• Ensure infection control and proper equipment use
