About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric care to join our Union County Team. This role offers the unique opportunity to provide one-on-one care in a child's home, allowing them to thrive in a familiar environment while providing essential support to their families. Unlike fast-paced clinical settings, pediatric home care allows for personalized, consistent care with the same clients over time, fostering meaningful relationships and continuity. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Active LPN license in good standing in the state
Responsibilities
- Travel to one child’s home on a schedule you choose
- Follow and document physician orders
- Perform assessments and monitor condition changes
- Provide skilled, compassionate care in a calm home setting
- Build strong, lasting connections with clients and families
