About The Position

Affirmed Home Care is Connecticut’s premier concierge home care provider, delivering high-acuity, individualized care in the comfort of our clients’ homes. We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate Pediatric LPNs to join our team in Bridgeport. If you have strong clinical experience and a passion for pediatric care, this is an opportunity to work one-on-one with patients while maintaining flexibility and professional support. Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is highly desirable. Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of recent LPN experience
Active Connecticut LPN license
Current BLS certification (Pediatric BLS preferred)
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Physical exam within the past year
PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year, or chest X-ray within five years if previously positive

Nice To Haves

Pediatric home health experience strongly preferred
Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is highly desirable
