About The Position
Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team in the Ogden- Layton area. This role focuses on providing high-quality, in-home care to medically complex pediatric patients. They emphasize compassion, accountability, and quality as daily standards. The RN will manage daily patient care, adhere to clinical guidelines, and log clinical notes in the EMR system (Kantime). Requirements
- Valid Registered Nursing License within State of Utah
- Active BLS certification
- Valid driver's license
- reliable transportation commuting to patient location
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred (tracheostomy / ventilator) but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide AmazingCare to the population we serve
- Managing daily care for patient while adhering to clinical guidelines set by provider
- Daily logging of clinical notes within EMR System (Kantime)
