About The Position

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide direct, one-on-one care to medically fragile infants, children, and adolescents, primarily in their homes in Lubbock, Texas, and surrounding areas. Nurses provide care according to the active plan of care established by the physician and other appropriate personnel. The role is available for full-time and part-time shifts, with days, nights, and weekends available. The listed pay range is $29–$36. Requirements

Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
Ability to provide care in a client home setting.

Responsibilities

Provide care for infants, children, and/or adolescents in their homes according to the active plan of care.
Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
Coordinate care.
Educate family members about patient clinical care to support positive outcomes.
Use preventative initiatives to protect the quality of patient care.
