About The Position

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide 1:1 in-home skilled nursing care for medically fragile children. The role is based in Texas City, Texas, and surrounding areas, with flexible scheduling and consistent hours. Nurses administer medications and treatments, assess patient conditions, educate families and caregivers, and follow each patient’s plan of care.

New graduates are welcome. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available, with shifts of 8, 10, 12, or 16 hours.

Requirements

• Hold an active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
• Maintain current CPR certification.
