PRN RN / LVN Pediatric Home Health Nurse
About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking PRN Registered Nurses (RN) and PRN Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to medically fragile infants, children, and adolescents in their homes. The role involves focusing on the medical needs and treatment according to the active plan of care, conducting ongoing patient assessments, administering prescribed medications and therapies, coordinating care, educating family members, and implementing preventative initiatives to ensure quality care. Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Provide care in a client home setting

Responsibilities
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordination of care
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes
- Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient
