Pediatric Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN) — Trach / Vent | Miami-Dade Family First Homecare | 1:1 In-Home Care | $25–$40/hr | 8–12s | Days/Nights Family First Homecare is building a strong bench of pediatric home health nurses for current and upcoming 1:1 in-home cases across Miami-Dade. If you’re confident with trach care and vent skills, we’d love to connect and match you to the right case.

Requirements

• Active Florida RN or LPN license
• Current CPR/BLS
• Trach experience required
• Background screening + onboarding requirements

Nice To Haves

• Vent experience preferred, but not required for every case

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled 1:1 nursing care in the patient’s home per plan of care
• Monitor respiratory status, safety, and comfort; report changes promptly
• Administer medications/treatments within scope
• Educate and support caregivers
• Document accurately and on time
