About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide part-time in-home care for a child living with Cerebral Palsy. This role is centered on meaningful, hands-on support that helps a child stay safe, engaged, and active in everyday life while remaining in the comfort of home and community. This position goes beyond routine clinical care. We are looking for a nurse who enjoys working closely with children and is comfortable blending skilled nursing with play, learning, and community participation. This child thrives with consistent support and engagement. We are especially looking for someone who enjoys being active and playful during care time, can help reinforce therapy goals in everyday interactions, is comfortable supporting participation in community and social settings, and understands the importance of continuity and trust in pediatric home care. Requirements

Current RN license in good standing
Experience or willingness to learn G-tube care
A patient, playful, and engaging approach to working with children
Comfort supporting mobility and communication needs
Ability to collaborate with family members and physicians and therapy providers
Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing routines and environments

Nice To Haves

Pediatric experience preferred (not required, but a strong plus)

Responsibilities

Providing skilled nursing care in a home setting
Assisting with all ADL's
Managing and supporting G-tube feeds and related care
Supporting therapy carryover
Assisting with daily routines and age-appropriate activities
Accompanying and supporting attendance at medical appointments
Participating in community outings such as parks, libraries, and other local activities
Providing one-on-one support during social events, including birthday parties and group activities
