About The Position
Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for an infant male in Sewaren, NJ. This case requires a nurse experienced or comfortable with NG-tube feeding and infant-focused private duty care. We have immediate openings for 8-hour overnight shifts, 5 nights per week, offering a steady, predictable schedule. Our pediatric leadership team provides strong clinical support to ensure you feel confident and supported throughout your time on the case.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Physical exam within the past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
- Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years
- Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of pediatric experience (home care or acute care)
- Experience with NG-tube feeding
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Provide overnight NG-tube pediatric nursing care — Monitor the infant’s safety, manage NG-tube feedings, and ensure comfort and stability throughout the night
