About The Position

Reliant Pediatric Home Care is hiring RNs and LPNs to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile children. We are a New Jersey pediatric home care agency keeping medically fragile children safe and thriving at home. Our nurses work one-on-one with patients, building real relationships. We match you with cases that fit your skills, location, and schedule.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Trach/vent experience is a plus but not required we provide paid training before your first shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to a pediatric patient in their home, working closely with the family and care team.
• Assessment, medication administration, treatment and therapy per the care plan.
• Trach/vent management where applicable.
• Family education.
• Documentation.

• Sign-On Bonus: Full-time: $1,500 (paid $500 at 30 days, $500 at 90 days, $500 at 6 months). Part-time: $750.
