About The Position
Reliant Pediatric Home Care is hiring RNs and LPNs to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile children. Immediate opening in Elizabeth NJ. We’re a New Jersey pediatric home care agency keeping medically fragile children safe and thriving at home. Our nurses work one-on-one with patients, building real relationships. We match you with cases that fit your skills, location, and schedule.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey RN or LPN license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Trach/vent experience is a plus but not required we provide paid training before your first shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to a pediatric patient in their home, working closely with the family and care team.
- Assessment, medication administration, treatment and therapy per the care plan, trach/vent management where applicable, family education, and documentation.
