About The Position
NOW HIRING: Full-Time LPN or RN for Rewarding Pediatric Case (16-Year-Old Client) Location: Sarasota, FL | Pay: $28–$33/hr | Start Date: ASAP Are you a compassionate and skilled nurse looking to make a meaningful difference in a young person’s life? We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) part time pediatric case caring for a 16-year-old client with a tracheostomy and ventilator 2 Nights a week. This opportunity is perfect for a nurse who values connection, consistency, and the chance to provide high-quality, one-on-one care in a warm and supportive home setting.
Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license in good standing (Florida)
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilator management
- Current unencumbered LPN/RN license in the state of Florida
- Minimum one (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse in a supervised setting within the last three (3) years
- Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience including any specialty areas
- In compliance with state and Federal regulations
- CPR
- Valid AHCA/ level two background screening
- TB test showing a negative result
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric or home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
- Perform tracheostomy and ventilator management
- Monitor and document the patient’s health status
- Collaborate with family and clinical team to ensure quality care
