About The Position

BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide compassionate 1:1 pediatric home care in the Winston-Salem / Greensboro Metro area. This role focuses on making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families by offering personalized care, rather than focusing on patient volume. Nurses will receive training, flexibility, clinical support, and recognition to grow their careers while helping pediatric clients thrive at home.

Requirements

Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate 1:1 care to pediatric clients in their homes.
Offer personalized care, focusing on individual client needs rather than patient volume.
Utilize electronic charting through Statewise.
Participate in efficient onboarding and personalized, paid training, including SIM labs.
Build skills to prepare for a wide range of clients and acuity levels.
Receive 24/7 clinical support and ongoing mentorship.

$30–32/hour in Piedmont Triad Area (including weekend and overnight differentials)
