Functions as a new graduate nurse with less than one year of experience. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, continues to build competency in the provision of direct patient care. Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level. Supports peers in the delivery of patient care services. Become part of a nursing team dedicated to the care of children with hematologic/oncologic diseases. Leading care of the pediatric patient/family is challenging and requires strong organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills. Will need to attain diverse competencies & function as an important member of the pediatric interdisciplinary team. Must be committed to patient & family centered care.
Requirements
- Less than one year of experience (for RN 1)
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong time management skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
Nice To Haves
- Experienced RN 2 preferred
- Pediatric and/or acute experience preferred

Benefits
- Compensation Range: $38.00 - $41.80
