The patient population includes critically ill individuals requiring ventilation, vasopressors, continuous dialysis, and therapeutic specialty beds. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong initiative, compassion, high integrity, and collaboration. The IU Health University Hospital’s Hematology/Oncology Unit is a 28-bed unit specializing in Acute Leukemia, Lymphoma, Multiple Myeloma, Sarcomas, and Intestinal Cancers. The Registered Nurse on this unit will gain experience in various aspects of caring for patients with cancer.
