About The Position

Provides medical care and treatment to patients. The position conducts patient assessments, diagnoses medical conditions, develops and implements treatment plans in accordance with established protocols, monitors patient progress, and adjusts treatment plans as needed. It orders and interprets diagnostic tests, communicates with patients and families to provide education and support, maintains accurate medical records, and coordinates care with other healthcare professionals. The role may participate in training and educating medical students, residents, and fellows as required, and stays current with medical advancements and research.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) equivalent.
• Graduate of an approved fellowship program, if applicable.
• Medical license in the State of Ohio.
• Unrestricted physician license.
• Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics.
• Prior clinical practice experience may be required based on the needs of the division.
