About The Position
Lawton Kids Dentistry & Braces is seeking a full-time, patient-focused Pediatric Dentist. This position is open to both ownership and associate candidates of all experience levels, with immediate ownership potential.
Requirements
- Pediatric Dentist qualification.
- Patient-focused approach.

- Leadership and ownership ambitions.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in pediatric dentistry.
- Experience with a high patient volume (~130 patients/day).
- Experience with a payor mix of 70% Medicaid / 30% PPO & cash.
- Experience with operating room procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide dental care to pediatric patients.
- Work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
- Potentially participate in operating room procedures 3-4 days per week.
