Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school
  • Active and unrestricted Florida dental license (or eligibility to obtain one)
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Experience with treatment planning, patient education, and comprehensive dental care
  • Passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health conditions while delivering high-quality restorative, preventive, and comprehensive dental care.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on their oral health, helping them make informed decisions about their care.
  • Build lasting relationships by creating a welcoming environment and delivering compassionate, personalized care that puts patients first.
  • Work alongside experienced hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and administrative professionals to provide an exceptional patient experience.
  • Maintain the highest standards of clinical excellence while following established protocols for patient safety, infection control, and specialty referrals.
