About The Position

Absolute Dental is seeking a full-time Pediatric Dentist or Kids-Focused General Dentist to join our growing team in Las Vegas. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional care to children and creating positive, memorable dental experiences, we’d love to meet you. We are a well-established dental group serving Nevada communities for over 20 years, with a busy, loyal patient base and strong pediatric referrals. Our practice is modern and fully digital, equipped with trained pediatric support staff. We offer a consistent schedule with no hospital call, no weekends, and no holidays. Requirements

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency or 1+ years of pediatric experience
Active Nevada Dental License or eligibility to obtain
Strong communication skills, patience, and ability to connect with children and parents
Team-oriented approach with a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

Start 5 days a week — we are flexible on scheduling, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care (exams, sealants, restorations, extractions, space maintainers, etc.)
Educate children and parents on oral hygiene and preventative care
Foster a welcoming, calm environment for young patients
Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to ensure continuity of care
