Pediatric Dental Assistant
About The Position
Bright Healthy Smiles is seeking a professional, energetic, and patient-focused Dental Assistant who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding care. The role works alongside doctors and the clinical team to provide an exceptional experience for patients and their families. The practice values positive attitudes, reliability, and willingness to learn, as well as experience. This is a full-time position. Office hours are generally Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–6:00 PM or 8:00 AM–7:00 PM, with staggered team schedules and a one-hour lunch break. Compensation is $20–$30 an hour.

- Dental assisting experience.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric office experience preferred.
- Dental Assistant certification preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Pediatric Dentist during clinical procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments.
- Create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient and family.
- Collaborate with front-office and clinical teams to keep the schedule running efficiently.
