YOUR SCHEDULE This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with the possibility of creating a flexible work arrangement. YOUR ROLE As our Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you'll help patients smash their goals and achieve amazing results! Every day will bring new chances to make a meaningful impact on children while providing valuable learning opportunities and the potential to have more autonomy over your career. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate patient therapy. Depending on the child's needs, you'll deliver therapeutic programs related to feeding, sensory processing, motor coordination, cognitive functioning, psycho-social development, developmental disabilities/delays, and more. Over time, you'll be able to expand your clinical knowledge and skillset while watching patients grow and thrive! OUR IDEAL PEDIATRIC CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current Washington State Occupational Therapist Assistant license Strong knowledge of child development Passion for making a difference in the lives of children and a dedication to patient satisfaction Communication and collaboration skills for working with patients, physicians, and administrative staff Basic computer proficiency At least 2 years of professional experience would be a bonus, but it isn't required for the right person.
