About The Position
PYG Therapy is expanding throughout Arizona and is hiring Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to provide pediatric home-based therapy services. Our clinicians enjoy independence in the field while remaining connected to a supportive team that values communication, collaboration, and work-life balance.
Requirements
- Arizona Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license
- Current CPR certification
- Article 9 certification
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work under OT supervision
Nice To Haves
- Previous pediatric experience is welcomed, but we also encourage clinicians interested in transitioning into pediatric home health to apply.
Responsibilities
- Treat pediatric patients in their homes
- Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Track progress toward functional goals
- Complete timely clinical documentation
- Coach caregivers on strategies that encourage continued progress between visits
- Maintain professional communication with families and teammates
