About The Position
T & K Pediatric Services is hiring a Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our growing pediatric therapy team in Jamestown, North Dakota. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with children in a collaborative clinical setting focused on developmental progress, family support, and patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited OTA program
- Current COTA certification
- North Dakota licensure or ability to obtain licensure
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a therapy team
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist occupational therapists with pediatric treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy activities and interventions
- Support children with sensory, motor, and developmental goals
- Monitor patient progress and document therapy sessions
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to encourage continued progress at home
- Help maintain a fun, encouraging, and child-focused therapy environment
