About The Position

The Department of Pediatrics and Children's Specialty Group, Division of Cardiology at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) and Children’s Wisconsin (CW), seeks a board certified / board eligible physician to join our expanding Cardiology team, supporting our Northeast Wisconsin - Fox Valley Region. This position offers a predominantly ambulatory practice with approximately three to four days per week in Northeast Wisconsin clinics, fostering longitudinal relationships with patients, families, and referring providers. One day per week will be spent in Milwaukee with clinical responsibilities tailored to your interests, expertise, and career goals. The role involves practicing within the Herma Heart Institute, a leading pediatric and congenital heart program, while maintaining a strong community presence. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and seamless access to advanced cardiac services are key aspects of this role. The position will support Pediatric Cardiology services in Appleton, Ashwaubenon, and Milwaukee.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD, DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification (or eligibility) in Pediatric Cardiology specialty.
• State medical licensure, or eligibility to obtain license, in the state of Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Join a growing pediatric cardiology team in Northeast Wisconsin as the fourth regional cardiologist, helping expand access to nationally recognized cardiovascular care for children and families.
• Enjoy a predominantly ambulatory practice with approximately three to four days per week in Northeast Wisconsin clinics, fostering longitudinal relationships with patients, families, and referring providers.
• Spend one day per week in Milwaukee with clinical responsibilities tailored to your interests, expertise, and career goals.
• Practice within the Herma Heart Institute, one of the nation's leading pediatric and congenital heart programs, while maintaining a strong community presence in Northeast Wisconsin.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes pediatric cardiologists, congenital heart surgeons, cardiac intensivists, electrophysiologists, interventionalists, advanced practice providers, and specialized nursing staff.
• Benefit from seamless access to advanced cardiac imaging, fetal cardiology, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiac surgery, and other subspecialty services.
• Play a key role in the continued growth and development of pediatric cardiology services throughout Northeast Wisconsin.
• Participate in teaching, quality improvement, research, and program development activities aligned with your interests and career goals.
• Engage in clinical, educational, and research collaborations through the Forward Pediatric Alliance and the Medical College of Wisconsin.

• Support Pediatric Cardiology services in Appleton, Ashwaubenon, Milwaukee.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Chair or Chair-Designate.
