ABOUT THE ROLE: The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical services to Community Health patients and providing clinical oversight to a team of approximately 4 (and growing) licensed and unlicensed pediatric providers and interns in the Behavioral Health Department. Patient services include psychosocial assessments; individual psychological assessments; individual, group and family therapy; participation on interdisciplinary treatment teams; understands relevant community resources, insurance, regulatory, and legal system issues relevant to the care of patients in an outpatient setting. Supervisor services include providing clinical oversight and case reviews; supervise staff hours for licensure; ensure compliance with Federal, State and Agency regulation compliance; facilitate agency trainings; participate in the establishment / revision of agency policies, assist the Manager of the Behavioral Health with program planning, implementation and evaluation activities; participates in community outreach activities and other duties as assigned.
