This role involves caring for children with complex allergic and immunological diseases, including expertise in diagnosing, treating, and managing food allergies with oral immunotherapy. The division offers multidisciplinary care for conditions such as difficult-to-control asthma, eosinophilic esophagitis, and immune deficiency disorders, including stem cell transplants for inborn errors of immunity. The position is at a Primary Immune Deficiency Treatment Consortium (PIDTC) site and collaborates with the adult allergy and immunology division. The role also supports the education of medical students, residents, and fellows in a combined adult and pediatric allergy/immunology fellowship program. The division emphasizes mentorship for career development and supports Mayo Clinic's mission in clinical practice, education, and research, with leadership opportunities available. The new staff member will be appointed to the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science with academic rank commensurate with expertise.
