About The Position

LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists (LICSW/LMHC) to join its Integrated Care and outpatient team. The position may be split between providing integrated behavioral healthcare within a family medicine primary care office and outpatient psychotherapy. Clinicians are embedded in a family medicine office and work as part of primary care teams, primarily serving pediatric and adolescent patients with acute or chronic health conditions and other mental health concerns. They use evidence-based approaches, including CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment; conduct screens for depression, anxiety, and other conditions; and consult frequently with medical professionals. The role suits clinicians who enjoy a fast-paced setting, think well on their feet, and value interdisciplinary work. The schedule offers flexible scheduling with two days of telehealth and three days in office. Telehealth training and support are provided. Compensation is described as an above-average W-2 compensation model based on productivity, with a stated range of $75,000–$100,000. LifeStance provides clinical and administrative support, shared resources, referral streams, peer consultation groups, and technology/media support while maintaining clinicians’ significant clinical independence.
