About The Position

LifeStance Health is hiring a licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD) for its Integrated Care and outpatient team in Taunton/Northwoods. The position may be split between providing integrated behavioral health care within a pediatric office and outpatient psychotherapy. It is suited to clinicians experienced in working with people across the lifespan, using empirically supported treatment, and practicing in a primary care environment.

Integrated Care Clinicians are embedded in primary care offices and work as part of primary care teams. The role primarily serves adult and geriatric patients with acute and chronic health conditions and other mental health concerns, using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment. Clinicians conduct screenings for depression, anxiety, and other conditions and frequently consult with medical professionals. The position offers a flexible schedule with two telehealth days and three in-office days; telehealth training and support are provided. Compensation is productivity-based, with an advertised range of $115,000–$147,000 per year.

Requirements

• Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD).

Responsibilities
