About The Position

As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner at Ivy, you'll oversee all clinic operations, support clinical and non-clinical team members, and care for patients through individualized treatment plans, while building equity in your clinic and providing exceptional patient care to your community. You'll play a central role in building trust with local medical professionals, guiding community outreach, and helping your clinic run smoothly. You'll open and grow a brand-new practice with Ivy’s established business systems, and direct guidance from experienced clinic leaders. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited an Applied Behavior Analysis program
Current or pending BCBA license or certification required as there is a treating element to this role.
Pediatric experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting.
