This role offers unlimited, uncapped earning potential with long-term earning potential between $60,000-$150,000+. The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The starting compensation is expected to be $21.00/hour.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process
- Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
- Build strong customer relationships and promote our services
