About The Position

We are seeking an entry-level Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician. No experience is needed as we provide comprehensive, paid training. This role offers training compensation at an hourly rate, which will transition to a combination of hourly rate and commission as you gain experience and build your customer base. The position offers uncapped earning potential, with long-term earning potential between $60,000-$150,000+.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process.
- Review completed work with customers.
- Walk lots and write work orders.
- Negotiate approvals.
- Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
