We are looking for a dedicated PDEL (Pick-Up & Delivery) Driver to join our Service team at Bill Alexander Ford. In this important role, you will pick up customer vehicles from their homes or offices, bring them to the dealership for service and repairs, and safely deliver the vehicles back to the customer once the work is complete.

Requirements

• Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a variety of new and used Ford vehicles (cars, trucks, SUVs)
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Pick up customer vehicles from residences, offices, or other agreed-upon locations as scheduled.
• Safely transport vehicles to the dealership for service appointments.
• Return serviced and repaired vehicles to customers at their requested location in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and document any existing damage.
• Maintain clear, courteous, and professional communication with customers, service advisors, and technicians.
• Accurately record all pick-ups, deliveries, mileage, and customer notes in the dealership system.
• Keep vehicles clean and in presentable condition during transport.
• Follow all traffic laws, dealership safety policies, and defensive driving procedures.
• Assist with other service department tasks as needed (e.g., lot moves, shuttle runs).
