This newly created senior role is responsible for managing and supporting the PCS leadership team in engaging effectively with enterprise processes, governance forums, and cross‑functional partners. The role ensures consistency, clarity, and strategic alignment across PCS communications, reporting, operating rhythms, and performance management. In addition to driving enterprise engagement, this role requires strong strategic problem‑solving capabilities—including structuring ambiguous problems, conducting diagnostic assessments, identifying root causes, and determining clear paths forward. Serving as a key point of coordination on behalf of the PCS business, this role interfaces with senior leaders and enterprise stakeholders and translates complex information into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences. The position requires strategic thinking, executive presence, and the ability to operate with influence across a broad set of internal partners.
