About The Position

Orchid Health is building a wellbeing-first, rural healthcare system rooted in trust, local leadership, and sustainable care models. This may include clinic coverage, inbox coverage, same-day visits, acute care, and coverage for providers who are out on vacation, PTO, or extended leave. This role is a good fit for a clinically strong, adaptable provider who enjoys stepping into different settings, supporting patients and teams, and providing thoughtful, high-quality care with professionalism and warmth. The provider will be expected to deliver comprehensive primary care, maintain accurate and timely documentation, respond to labs, imaging, referrals, and patient messages while scheduled, and support clinic teams with patient care needs during assigned coverage days.
