This is a structured, supervised internship designed for students to apply their community college coursework to hands-on manufacturing assignments. Interns will learn the PCB/substrate manufacturing flow, with an emphasis on high-layer and high-reliability products. The role involves observing, operating, and monitoring dry-process equipment, gaining exposure to imaging processes, lamination, drilling, and metrology. Interns will also participate in troubleshooting and process improvement projects, while demonstrating professional conduct and teamwork.
