About The Position

We're looking for a PCB Manufacturing Operator to join our growing electronics manufacturing team. Whether you have experience operating automated manufacturing equipment, working in electronics, CNC machining, medical device manufacturing, aerospace, or another technical manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you. Previous SMT (Surface Mount Technology) experience is preferred—but not required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training and external training opportunities for motivated individuals with strong technical aptitude.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
• Manufacturing experience in electronics, automation, medical devices, aerospace, industrial equipment, plastics, or similar industries
• Ability to read work instructions and follow manufacturing procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• SMT equipment experience
• PCB assembly experience
• IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 familiarity
• Electronics manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated PCB manufacturing equipment
• Set up machines and perform product changeovers
• Load electronic components and production materials
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks
• Troubleshoot minor equipment and process issues
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Complete production documentation accurately
• Maintain ESD, safety, and quality standards
• Assist with new product introductions (NPI) and process improvements
• Help maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S principles
