About The Position
Sapsol Technologies is seeking an experienced PCB/PCBA Supplier Manufacturing & Quality Surveillance Engineer for an immediate 3-month contract to support a key aerospace project. This role requires the engineer to be 100% onsite at the supplier facility.
Requirements
- 5+ years PCB/PCBA experience
- IPC & AS9100 expertise
- Authorized to work in Canada.
Responsibilities
- Oversee PCBA production execution, schedule tracking, and capacity bottleneck mitigations.
- Audit and monitor incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections per IPC and AS9100 standards.
- Lead non-conformance containment, non-conformance reporting, and 8D / 5-Why root cause investigations.
- Deliver weekly executive reporting, action trackers, and risk mitigation plans.
