About The Position

We are seeking a skilled PCB Designer with a minimum of 5+ years of industry experience in schematics capture and/or PCB design. The ideal candidate will have experience with ECAD software tools such as Cadence Allegro and/or OrCAD. This role requires expertise in designing high circuit density and complex multi-layer (6 or more layers) circuit boards, including those with blind and/or buried vias. The ability to understand RF application concepts and extract key requirements is essential. A strong understanding of design for manufacturability standards for PCB fabrication and assembly, focusing on low cost and high yield, is also required. The candidate must be able to prioritize, multi-task, and find solutions to meet deadlines, and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of industry experience performing schematics capture and/or PCB design.
  • Experience with one or more of the following ECAD software tools: Cadence Allegro and/or OrCAD.
  • Experience in high circuit density and complex multi-layer (6 or more layers) circuit boards using blind and/or buried vias.
  • Ability to understand concepts and extract key requirements in RF applications.
  • Expert with design for manufacturability standards as related to PCB fabrication and assembly for low cost and high yield.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and find solutions to meet deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
