About The Position

Build through-hole (THT) and surface mount (SMT) printed circuit board assemblies by placing components on boards according to controlled parts lists, drawing documentation, and quality workmanship guidelines. The position also involves preparing components, assembling chassis components and electromechanical devices, and recommending documentation changes to support high-quality results.

This role requires accuracy and attention to detail in a high-volume, detail-oriented work environment, including the ability to handle tedious and small parts. The listed schedule is first shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, but no experience is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job orders, specifications, drawings, schematics, process sheets, wiring diagrams, and small print.
• Component identification skills.
• Ability to prepare components using hand tools and tooling.
• Accuracy and attention to detail to produce quality results.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, high-detail work environment.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions, including small print.
• Ability to manipulate and work with tedious and small parts.

• Previous manufacturing experience.
