About The Position

Vierra Falls Church, a Vierra Communities property, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct, compassionate resident care in its skilled nursing operations and other appropriate areas of the community. The role includes supervising resident care work performed by non-licensed team members, supporting quality assurance and regulatory compliance, and coordinating residents’ health and wellness needs. The LPN works closely with residents’ family members and consults with community physicians to ensure care is personalized and residents’ needs are addressed. The position is full-time, non-exempt, classified as essential personnel, and has shift differentials. The schedule is 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active, unrestricted LPN license.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.

Nice To Haves

• Long-term care experience is preferred.
• One to two years of experience in skilled nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities
