About The Position

Requirements
- Active PCA certification in Massachusetts
- 1+ year of caregiving experience
- Valid CPR & First Aid certification
- Speak and understand English fluently
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Ability to complete light errands and support out-of-home activities
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
- Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
- Support safe mobility and transfers
- Prep meals, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Help with errands and occasional transportation
