About The Position
The PCA provides in-home support to clients, helping them remain comfortable, safe, and supported while maintaining their independence. The role involves personal care, household assistance, companionship, and support with everyday routines. Caregivers are matched with compatible clients and receive ongoing training and field support. The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities, flexible scheduling, and assignments in clients’ homes.
Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred.
- Genuine desire to help others.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Clear and professional communication.
- Patience and empathy when working with clients.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
- Ability to pass a background check.
