Join Fellowship Community as a PCA Team Leader. This onsite role offers the chance to grow your leadership skills while making a meaningful impact every day. As a PCA Team Leader, you'll guide a team of caregivers to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
Requirements
- U.S. High School Diploma or GED
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stay calm and adaptable under pressure
- Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with healthcare software preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support PCA staff
- Coordinate schedules and conduct training
- Monitor care quality and resolve concerns
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless resident care
