Requirements

• Applicants must be willing to complete all necessary requirements for employment
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Clean driving record
• Access to email and a mobile smart device
• Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care

Responsibilities

• Assist client with meal
• Assist into and out of shower
• Assist with dressing
• Assist with toileting
• Assist with transfers: Fall risk, standby assist
• Bathe the client: Standby assist
• Catheter Bag: Empty and clean catheter bag
• Change adult undergarments
• Light housekeeping
• Dress the client
• Drive to appointment: as needed
• Encourage Movement: Every 2 hours during awake time
• Medication reminder
• Walk with client: Fall risk
